Claim your account

Your account is already waiting.

You do not sign up for the Old Saints Association. If you are an old student of St. John’s and you are on the association’s register, an account was created for you — you only have to claim it.

Three ways in

  1. 1. The link you were sent

The association sends every old student a personal link by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Open it and choose a password — that is the whole of it. The link works once and then stops working, so if you have already used it, sign in with the password you chose.

  2. 2. Your member ID and the temporary password

The same message carries a member ID — it looks like OS-1997-4821 — and a temporary password of a few words. Sign in with those and you will be asked to set a real password straight away. The temporary one is good for nothing else, and it expires.

  3. 3. A one-time code, with no password at all

If you have lost the message, you can still get in. Give your member ID, your email address or your phone number, and the association will send a short code to whichever of those it holds for you. Many old students on the register have no email address recorded — for them, the code goes by SMS.

On the register, but nothing has reached you?

It happens. The register carries no email address for some old students and an out-of-date phone number for others. Give whichever of these the association is most likely to hold for you and it will send a link to choose a password.

If nothing arrives in a few minutes, the register has no working way to reach you. Write to the association and somebody will look you up by hand.
